Sixth Sense! that film is a joke. I could list a load of better thrillers, L.A Confidential, Leon, The Departed, Reservoir Dogs... M.Night.Shyamalan is a good director just Sixth Sense is really not that great and should definitely not be on any top 10, IGN could have at least put Signs up.
i know it's hardly the best list, but the one on imdb was even worse. memento isn't even on it! we'll have to do our own poll wit hand out questionaries or something.
Yeah Sixth Sense! whats with that? far to cheesy for my liking, i'd much rather watch 28 days later, a brilliant British thriller, and Apocalypto?? Sixth Sense was predictable and not really a thriller just a little spooky
Interesting how much Hitchcock there is on the IGN list... and a total absence of anything really contemporary. I think you're right, Kat, go and ask peers, family, neighbours what they think. And what makes a GREAT thriller...
Yea i agree with you mrs b, i think some top ten's just put the hitchcock films on the list because they are seen as iconic. When some of the modern films are, in my opinion, more thrilling.
Yea i agree james and jess, sixth sense is a literally a joke, with at times leaving me in tears of laughter rather than fear.
Yeah you should put your own personal top ten up, or do some research.
